PhD in computer science, 27 years of professional experience in the IT industry, expert in cyber security in the area of IT and industrial automation systems – ICS. A graduate in computer science from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, he obtained his PhD in computer science from the Warsaw University of Technology in 2008. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the Research Centre “Cyber Security” at the Warsaw University of Technology and a founder of the association “CISO #Poland”. Professional experience in cyber security and information security management for major Polish companies and global concerns: CISO at multinational Thales, Director of Corporate Security Department (CISO) at Netia Group, Director of Security and Business Continuity Department (CISO) at Polska Grupa Energetyczna and CISO at KOMBUD Group. Served as CEO of the Californian cyber security technology start-up, Yonita Inc. He managed the “.PL” domain for 9 years as Director of the Domain Department at NASK. He started his career at COMARCH, which he left as Executive Director and Director of the ERP Systems Centre. He led numerous international projects in the area of cyber security for the European Commission in the Balkans and represented the Polish Government at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Geneva. For 4 years he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the international non-profit organisation CENTR. He holds security certifications and is a member of many industry organisations.
Michał Bukowski
Director of the Institute of Criminal Service at the Faculty of Security and Legal Studies of the Police Academy in Szczytno.
An experienced officer of the Polish Police, he specializes in combating criminal offenses and utilizing modern technologies in operational and investigative activities. He holds a Ph.D. in technical sciences and is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications and research projects combining forensics, computer forensics, and internal security. His research focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to combating organized crime, criminal data analysis, and innovative methods supporting the work of law enforcement agencies. He actively participates in national and international public security initiatives, serving as an expert and trainer. At the Police Academy in Szczytno, he is responsible for the development of teaching and research in the field of criminal services, ensuring that officers are practically prepared for the challenges of contemporary crime.
Przemysław Dęba
For many years, he has been involved in cybersecurity and the development of protection services for both business and individual customers. He is responsible for security strategy, the implementation of modern solutions, and the development of SOC and Managed Security Services. He initiated projects such as CyberTarcza and the central SOC for the MEA region within the Orange Group. He actively participates in international security communities and regularly shares his knowledge at industry conferences. He focuses on a practical approach to protection, combining technology with real business needs.

Prior to that, he spent 5 years as a consultant in the area of technology risk and security. Since July 2018, Prosecutor at the District Prosecutor’s Office in Pruszków, delegated to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, coordinator of proceedings related to cybercrime.

He has successfully trained both the management boards of the largest Polish enterprises and the employees of hundreds of companies and institutions. After successfully passing the CISSP exam, he is developing his skills towards the role of Offensive Security Team Lead, combining many years of technical experience with team management and complex security operation coordination skills. Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and EC-COUNCIL Instructor, member of the Dagma Offensive Security Team. He specialises in designing and implementing advanced phishing and vishing operations as well as physical security tests. Krzysztof Szczypiorski is a professor at the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT). He is the head and co-founder of the Cybersecurity Division at the Institute of Telecommunications, Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology, WUT. He is also the co-founder and head of the POB Cybersecurity and Data Analysis Research Center at WUT, and co-creator of the cybersecurity curriculum at the university.
He holds a PhD and a habilitation degree in technical sciences in telecommunications, both obtained at WUT, as well as the title of Professor of Engineering and Technical Sciences in the discipline of Computer Science and Telecommunications. He completed two postgraduate programs: Psychology of Motivation at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. He is also a graduate of the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, USA.
He has led over 20 scientific and research projects funded by, among others: the United States Armed Forces (including the US Army and US Air Force), the European Commission, the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR), the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and the Fonds National de la Recherche (Luxembourg). He is the author or co-author of over 200 papers, one patent, and more than 80 invited talks.
