1) The controller of your personal data is the Cybersecurity Foundation located in POLAND, Warsaw, Branickiego 13 Street, e-mail: kontakt (at) cybsecurity.org;

2) Cyprian Gutkowski is the person who is responsible for the protection of your personal data in the Cybersecurity Foundation, e-mail contact cyprian.gutkowski (at) cybsecurity.org;

3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the contract (related to participation in the SCS 2023 conference) and presenting to you a commercial and marketing offer based on article 6, paragraph 1, points a and b REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR);

5) Your personal data will not subjected to automated decision-making processes including profiling;

6) Your personal data will be kept by Cybersecurity Foundation for 5 years;

7) You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectification, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer your personal data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

8) You have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority when you feel that the processing of personal data concerning you to breach the GDPR regulations;

9) Providing your personal data is voluntary, providing personal data is necessary to complete the contract and successfully enter the SCS 2023 conference.
