Allegro Group is a Polish new media industry company based in Poznan, running, inter alia, the services allegro.pl and bankier.pl. It is part of the South African media group Naspers. The direct owner of the group is a Dutch company MIH Allegro B.V. which acts as an investment vehicle for the group from South Africa.
