Obligation to provide information

1) The controller of your personal data is the Cybersecurity Foundation located in POLAND, Warsaw, Solec 22 Street, e-mail: kontakt (at) cybsecurity.org;
2) Cyprian Gutkowski is the person who is responsible for the protection of your personal data in the Cybersecurity Foundation, e-mail contact cyprian.gutkowski (at) cybsecurity.org;
3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the contract (related to participation in the SCS 2018 conference) and presenting to you a commercial and marketing offer based on article 6, paragraph 1, points a and b REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR);

4) Cybersecurity Foundation uses KONFEO registration system. Because of that, we want to inform you that in the interest of the highest standard and quality of KONFEO services, KONFEO uses external entities, also outside the EU / EEA. Personal data may be transferred to the USA, which the European Commission has approved as providing adequate protection under the European Commission Decision C (2016) 4176 of 12 July 2016, the so-called EU-US Privacy Shield.

4a) For the proper functioning of the KONFEO registration system your personal data are transferred to:

• Operators that monitor the correct operation of the Konfeo system:

• Entities handling the e-mail sending:

  • SendGrid, Inc. (1801 California Street, Denver, CO 80202, USA)

• Provider of hosting services:
  • IQ PL Sp. z o.o. (Geodetów St. 16, 80-298 Gdańsk, Poland)

• Entity servicing the archiving of the database backup:
  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109-5210, USA)

• Operators monitoring Internet traffic:
  • Google LLC (1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA)

• Electronic payment operators:
  • PayPro SA; the Przelewy24 brand (Kanclerska 15 street, 60-327 Poznań, Poland)

5) Your personal data will not subjected to automated decision-making processes including profiling;
6) Your personal data will be kept by Cybersecurity Foundation for 5 years;
7) You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectification, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer your personal data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
8) You have the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (President of UODO) when you feel that the processing of personal data concerning you breach the GDPR regulations;
9) Providing your personal data is voluntary, providing personal data is necessary to complete the contract and successfully enter the SCS 2018 conference.
